A mixed bag for you this Sunday morning on Flashpoint. We start off with author Larry Biddle a political and non-profit consultant and fundraiser who helped pioneer the now indespensible "net roots" campaign techniques.  As a former campaign finance director for Howard Dean,  Mr. Biddle  has some interesting insights into the now infamous "I Have a Scream" speech that derailed Dean's presidential aspirations in 2004.
