What was Bob Costas thinking???He is there to cover the Olympics and nothing more. Leave the political interviews to Brokow who knows what he is doing. President Bush looked uncomfortable and he should be..he is not quick enough for impromptu questions. The less from Bush the better..he is on his way out and not too soon.

Hey there! Well Brendan, I really didn't get the same take on this interview. Maybe because it's not 3 AM Monday morning. Bush seemed relaxed to me. Well, as much as he can without a teleprompter and a military audience behind him. Bush always looks like a deer caught in the headlights. I think I saw a small poof of smoke come out his right ear around the seven minute mark.

Did you catch the picture of Moa Tse-tung looking over his right shoulder? Wonder what the writing said? Gave me a chuckle. Especially when he started talking about how religion can't be stopped. 1.2 billion more Muslims? Bush made the same spiel when he was blubbering about the "axis of evil". He was actually admonishing China back then, making some comment about people with religious values being better. What a tool, still amazes me this guy made it to the White House.

Of course our little president was uncomfortable- he always is. He's in the company of relative giants. More telling to me is that NBC is not replaying the interview... go to the link and you'll see they have a bogus announcement claiming "Video is currently supported on the following browsers..." which is nearly all of them, but it won't work on any of them... I switched to a couple-- no go.
