Brendan,

I saw the clips from Barbara West's interviiews, and was just as surprised at the tone of the questions.

She should truly know a lot better. After all, although she has been at the Orlando station for a number of years, before she arrived Ms. West worked in London as Peter Jennings' assistant during the days when he was one of ABC News' "Three Headed Monster" anchors of "World News Tonight".

Sadly, it seems as though the "Fox News Syndrome" is expanding to the local level, and not even with Fox affiliates. As you mentioned, there's nothing wrong with tough questions, but you truly shouldn't show your biases.

So, you expose a news reporter for biased interviews, then only interview Joe Lieberman? Al Gore was also in the area. I think you program was just as biased.

Al Gore was in West Palm Beach, not the Bay Area. Did you miss the first 8 minutes of the show in which I interviewed Obama's campaign manager?

You know, i need to check on here more often Brendan as I would have loved to check that out.

What I found funny, regarding the West interview of Biden, was reaction from certain people and places. Most people see bias, right? I went to "The Dallas Morning News" web site and an article about the interview and I scrolled down to comments.
Everyone thought they were legit questions and that Biden was usually exposed to soft ball questions of things that don't matter.
She's cemented her future at Fox News is about all I take from it.

Brenden, I watched your show regarding the Barbara West's interviews but I noticed the McCain interview you played on Fashpoint was done after Biden's interview with her. She had apparantely had done an interview with McCain just prior to Biden's that was clearly all softball questions. This leads me to believe the post Biden McCain interview was and looked quite staged. Please show the pre-Biden McCain interview from 10/17/08.
