Yes and Yes. Here's my take.....Jeremiah Trotter is a four time Pro-Bowler. Even former teammate and Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia was shocked the Eagles even released Trotter. By the hugs and handshakes going on out on the Bucs practice field today, you could tell the Bucs want Trotter badly. They certainly are well under the cap to accomodate his expected salary.
As for Al Singleton. He was a monster special teams player for the Bucs while serving as a backup linebacker. After four years with Dallas, I don't know if he's lost the zest for ST, but he knows the Bucs system, and was a tough loss for the Bucs when he left via free-agency. I did notice though that Singleton looked noticeably bigger than during his Bucs playing days.
