Michael Vick has apologized.  And now the critics are dissecting every sentence in the apology.  Is it me or am I the only one that hates it when the media demands a comment and then criticizes that comment.  This goes so much deeper than an apology.  This is an example of a fallen star and how he turns it around.  We have yet to see that chapter.  Rest assured, as big as the Vick saga is today, in a few weeks there will be a new story with a new fallen star.  And when Vick leaves prison, we'll forget the passion that many of us feel today.  Remember this is a country of sports fans that embraced Mike Tyson's return to boxing after his time in jail for rape. 

  Will Vick return to the NFL?  You bet!  Vick will still have prime years remaining.  Vick will still be one of the most physically gifted athletes the world has seen.  Vick will have ample opportunity to stay in shape.  If anything, his body may be refreshed.  And if you really believe NFL owners will stay away...you are naive.  Michael Vick will play again.  Michael Vick will make money again.  And we will see another fallen star again and again.
