Jon Gruden, his coaches, and his players will have enough of a challenge attempting to deal with everything complex NFL offensive and defensive schemes bring. Having to deal with the fallout from urine tests, spleenectonies, blood-alcohol levels and the such, may be too much to overcome.
Jon Gruden can say all he wants about how these issues shouldn't and won't affect his teams on field performance...but they will. The simple facts that he and his players need to respond to these problems is a distraction within itself.
I don't know if pirate ships have seat belts, but the Buccaneers vessel sure could use them.
