It's not official yet, but it will be soon.  Kansas City running back Michael Bennett confirmed it. He is soon to be a Buccaneer.  The price: a conditional second-day draft pick.

This is a surprise move by KC, even to Bennett.  It's a great fit for Jon G's west-coast offense.  Bennett is an exceptional receiver out of the backfield.  Although he has not played much since 2005 with the Vikings, I doubt his skills have diminished, plus the guy is well rested.   

Expect Bennett to start once he gets up to speed with the Gruden offense.  Until then, keep your fingers crossed Bennett is everything he was in Minnesota.
