Just got word that the Colts will hold a news conference at 4:30ET.  It is expected Tony Dungy will make his announcement as to whether he is staying or retiring.  Attending the new conference will be Owner Jim Irsay, Team President Bill Pollian, Tony Dungy and Dungy's successor when he retires, Asst. Coach Jim Caldwell. 

Sentiment up in Indianapolis lean towards Dungy returning for at least one more season. I would expect in this news conference, if Dungy stays on, there will be a more definitive outlook on his future as Head Coach.  If he retires, Caldwell, a former Bucs assistant under Dungy in 2000, will make the seamless transition into the head role.
