TK's Bucs pick: Bucs will........

Earlier this week, I postponed my pick until today so that I could do more research on this Bucs/Falcons game.   What concerned me most was the mood of the players after seeing Quarterback Jeff Garcia get benched.  I'm convinced the offense will not be affected by the move.  I am also convinced that the defense is really hacked off with their performance last week against NO.  They will be ready, with or without Derrick Brooks, to stop the highly regarding running game of ATL.  QB Matt Ryan will have to beat them, and I never bank on a rookie.   So I'm going with the Bucs -7 and hopefully go to 2 and oh vs. the spread.

I agree. The Bucs "should" win this game. Quite frankly though the offense is really suspect. Everyone talks about the Bucs moving the ball in the waining moments of the Saints game but let's not forget the Bucs "D" had a TD in the First Quarter. Had it not been for that score it would not have been as close a final score as it was. The Falcons, on the otherhand, really weren't tested (I mena come on...They were playing the Lions!). The Bucs had better win this week or they can kiss the playoffs goodbye. I realize it is only 2 weeks into the regular season but already the Bucs are looking up at 3 other teams, in their own division, that are ahead of them. Not good!
