Boston finally gets to Shields in the 5th with a pair of hits, but it could have been worse.  We always talk about the Rays defense, Aki Iwamura and Jason Bartlett make key plays in the inning to only allow the one run.

   Daisuke is piling up the pitches, but the Rays have yet to get a hit.  They've been able to put together big innings all season, they really need one now.  They've left 4 runners on base through 4.
