Dustin Pedroia smacks a home run to lead off the third. He gives Boston a 3-2 lead. Kazmir's confidence appears shaken. He then followed the Pedroia HR with a walk to Ortiz. But I can't blame him for being careful. Kazmir did settle down lter in the inning. And ..enough with the called third strikes already!! Upton, Floyd and Bartlett have all watched third strikes end their at bats. At least Floyd took Beckett to 9 pitches.
