A misty rain has returned to Fenway Park. But Game 5 of the American League Championship series is on for tonight. First pitch is scheduled for 8:07.
It has been a dreary day in Boston. But no serious rain has fallen. The rain is expected to be gone by gametime.
The Rays are going with lefty Scott Kazmir. The pitching change has caused a firestorm with the Boston media. Kazmir has struggled lately. Red Sox fans are hoping this change will breathe new life into the Red Sox. But the players also remember how Kazmir has made life miserable for them until this season, especially at Fenway.
The Rays lead this best-of-seven 3-1. Just remember, Boston rallied from 3-1 down to beat Cleveland in last year's ALCS. In fact, the Red Sox outscored Cleveland 30-5 in those last 3 victories.
Does Boston have the Rays right where they want them?
Or will the Rays refuse to let anybody "rain on their parade."
