USF's defense shutout Syracuse in the second half as the Bulls pummeled Syacuse Saturday 45-13.  Matt Grothe and the Bulls offense rolled up 487 yards in total offense.  Grothe threw for three TD's, and ran for another.  Jim Leavitt has to be pleased with this stat - the offense was 7 for 7 in red zone scoring chances.  Can't get any better than that.

    So the Bulls go to 6-1 overall, 1-1 in the Big East.  Next Saturday, USF travels to Louisville to play the Cardinals.  Kickoff is set for 3:30pm.
