The Rays have turned the tables on the Phillies.

   The Rays have taken the early 3-0 lead in Game 2 of gthe World Series.

   Carlos Pena and Evan Longoria drove in runs on ground balls in dthe first.

   BJ Upton knocked in the other run with an RBI single.  Rocco Baldelli also tried to score on the play but was gunned down at the plate.

   James Shields has been able to pitch out of trouble despite giving up 4 hits.

  Philadelphia won the opener.  The Rays cannot afford to take an 0-2 record to Philly for Games 3-4-and-5 if necessary.
