Storm Wide Receiver Lawrence Samuels, Arena's football's all time leading receiver, was involved in a multi-car accident last night in St. Petersburg.  Samuels is currently in stable condition following surgery this afternoon to repair a break his left tibia and fibula. 

  Police reports say that Samuels car was struck by another vehicle, left the road and hit a tree.  Fortunately, Samuels two-year-old daughter, who was in the car, was not injured.
