Can it happen for the second straight week on the road?  USF is trailing Cincinnati 17-7 in the third quarter.

   At this point, the Bearcats have dominated on both sides of the football.  USF's once dominating defense has given up two big plays, one for a TD.  USF needs this win or their Big East title hopes are gone, and what was once a promising season.
