Good on John Lynch for saying his goodbye in Tampa.
Good on the Buccaneers for making it happen.
Finally, closure on a chapter that should not have happened.
Lynch should have ended his career as a Buccaneer. Like Mike Alstott. Hopefully like Derrick Brooks and Ronde Barber.
It also should have been that way for Warren Sapp.
Then again, Tony Dungy was never given the appropriate thank you or goodbye.
The same with Rich McKay.
But everytime I see Doug Williams at One Buc Place, I know anything is possible.
The Buccaneers are showing signs of putting together a "Ring of Honor." What perfect way to remember and thank the players and coaches that truly built this franchise.
And today was the first step.
