Looking for a flavor of the ACC Title Game, without actually attending it? The ACC (Atlantic Coast Conference) provides plenty for fans to enjoy this weekend. Check out the schedule of events below.
Friday, Dec. 5
10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ACC FanFest Youth Outreach Event
Raymond James Stadium - Lot 6D
Approximately 1,000 children will participate in this program designed to teach the value of education. The event will feature a question and answer session with the ACC Championship players, a game show with the mascots and an interactive game area.
This event is closed to the public.
12 p.m. ACC Coaches & Awards Luncheon
Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina
The 2008 ACC Football awards will be presented at this luncheon. Both ACC Championship team coaches will be present to discuss their team’s seasons and participate in the festivities. The event is presented by Tampa Bay & Company.

12:00 p.m. Channelside Community Outreach
Splitsville at Channelside Bay Plaza
The ACC is teaming up with the Children’s Cancer Center to treat some of the children’s cancer patients to a fun-filled day at Splitsville at Channelside Bay Plaza. The kids will enjoy lunch and a round of bowling with the mascots from all 12 ACC institutions.

7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ACC Night of Legends
Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay - ACC Headquarters Hotel
ACC Night of Legends embodies the true spirit of ACC football by honoring outstanding legends from each ACC institution. The event will provide the opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in college football and is presented by the Florida Sports Foundation.
This event is invitation only and closed to the public.
7:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Channelside’s Toast to the Atlantic Coast
Channelside Entertainment Complex
The Toast to the Atlantic Coast is the biggest downtown party happening during Championship Weekend. Splitsville is a concept host for the fan-filled the event that will include school bands and cheerleaders, among other festivities. All ACC and college football fans are encouraged to come out and partake in the fun and excitement, presented by EA Sports.
Saturday, Dec. 6
9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ACC FanFest
Raymond James Stadium - Lot 6D
ACC FanFest is the biggest party during the 48-hour celebration of ACC football. There will be over 200,000 square feet of interactive games, team mascots, pep rallies, food and beverage, autograph signings, game merchandise, jumbotrons and general family fun. All of the excitement is presented by ACC Corporate Partners.
This event is open to the public.
10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ACC Commissioner’s Brunch
Raymond James Stadium – West Club Atrium
The ACC Commissioner’s Brunch is an exclusive brunch event with ACC Commissioner John Swafford. The event is presented by Tampa Bay Local Organizing Committee and is closed to the public.
10:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Atlantic Division Pep Rally
ACC FanFest (Raymond James Stadium – Lot 6D)
Atlantic Coast Conference football fans can come out and help root their team on to victory during the Atlantic Division Pep Rally, held in the 200,000-square-foot FanFest area, on the south side of Raymond James Stadium. This event is open to the public.
10:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Coastal Division Pep Rally
ACC FanFest (Raymond James Stadium – Lot 6D)
Immediately following the Atlantic Division Pep Rally, fans can come out and help root the Coastal Division team on to victory during the Coastal Division Pep Rally. This will also be held in the 200,000-square-foot FanFest area, on the south side of Raymond James Stadium. This event is open to the public.
11:30 a.m. ACC Mascots Game
ACC FanFest (Raymond James Stadium – Lot 6D)
Following the Pep Rallies for the Atlantic Division and Coastal Division teams, attendees will witness one of the marquee events during the 48-hour ACC celebration. The ACC Mascots Game brings mascots from all 12 schools together for hard- (or soft-) hitting fun. It all takes place in the FanFest area, in Lot 6D of Raymond James Stadium.
1:00 p.m. 2008 Dr. Pepper ACC Championship Game Kickoff

Enjoy the hard-hitting action that the 2008 ACC Championship Game will provide. Watch as these two teams battle to see who really is the best in the ACC!
4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. ACC FanFest Post-Game Party
Raymond James Stadium – Lot 6D
First, be sure to arrive by 5:15 p.m. for the FedEx Orange Bowl Official Invitation Presentation, presented by the Orange Bowl Committee.
Also, the post-game party will feature a live concert, presented by US103.5 FM, with country music star Blake Shelton. The concert will begin at approximately 5:30 p.m., shortly after the conclusion of the ACC Championship Game. There will be over 200,000 square feet of interactive games, team mascots, pep rallies, food and beverage, autograph signings, game merchandise, jumbotrons and general family fun. The post-game party is presented by ACC Corporate Partners. The concert will be included in the general ticket price for the Championship Game.
7:30 p.m. Under Armour Hillsborough County High School Football All Star Game
Raymond James Stadium
This high school, hard-hitting, action-packed game is presented by Tampa Bay Sports Commission and open to the public. Football fans are invited to come out and see some of the best high school football that Hillsborough County has to offer.
Sunday, Dec. 7
TBD Under Armour Youth Football Game Day of Champions
Raymond James Stadium
Come out and be part of the action as youth football players take the field at Raymond James Stadium. The event is presented by Tampa Bay Sports Commission and is open to the public.
