Even for the fact that Billy was fined $500,000 dollars, they 3 super bowl rings he has cost more than that. they shold take away the first 4 drafts pick they have (1st, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) or they should at lease should fine the team more than $250,000 dollar, or even drop their sallary cap!!!
