Our beautiful soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin is the best future leader for this nation, not Senator Barak Obama. Our beautiful soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin is also would be better at leading our nation in the future after a McCain Presidency than Senator Barak Obama would be in leading our nation in the future starting in January 2009. There are great reasons our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin would be a better future leader than Senator Barak Obama. The greatest reason for our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin's is ideology. Our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin is conservative in that she is pro life, marriage, guns, low taxes, low government spending, small government, unintrosive government, traditional and judeo Christian values, Bible reading and prayer in our public schools, and military spending. Senator Barak Obama is a liberal who is anti every thing that I have described that our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin is pro about or for. A second reason that our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin is superior is because of experience. As a governor she has two years of executive administrative governing experience that Senator Barak Obama does not have. A final reason that our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin is superior is because of political accomplishments. When our soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin came to office she accomplished 3 major things which are as follows: she showed great leadership in the 3 following areas: government reform, the state budget and the economy, and wise use of natural resources. She reformed government by standing up to the big oil companies by breaking up the monopoly on power and resources. She insisted on competition and basic fairness which ended the control that the oil companies had on the state, and thereby returning control of the state back to the people. She also stood up to the special interest and lobbyist, and produced major ethics reform. She lead well in the state budget by generating a surplus which came about by vetoing a half billion dollars of wasteful spending, ending the abuses of earmark spending by congress, and by getting rid of the private jet, the chef, and the chuffer. Economically under her leadership she brought about the largest private-sector infrastructure project in North American history. She also suspended the state fuel tax, and when oil and gas prices went up dramatically, and filled up the state treasury, she sent a large share of that revenue back where it belonged - directly to the people of Alaska . On natural resources she has shown great leadership by beginning a nearly forty billion dollar natural gas pipeline to help lead America to energy independence. When the last section of the pipeline is laid and its valves are opened, will lead America one step farther away from dependence on dangerous foreign powers that do not have our interests at heart. Senator Barak Obama has done nothing, so please vote John McCain for President and give to our beautiful soon to be Vice President Sarah Palin the opportunity that she deserves leading the nation into the future after a John McCain presidency. When our soon to be Vice President does lead the nation as President after a John McCain presidency,she will be the greatest President that we have ever had. Finally she is smarter than Senator Barak Obama

Bank of America Won't Do It!

There isn't a day that goes by when i wish i could get out of Bank of America...They always RAISE your interest rates and very rarely lower them...

I am a good payer on my credit cards, always pay more than the min, never miss a payment, but because i have over 3/4 of my card spent, they consider you a HIGH RISK and raise your interest rate.

They DO NOT care about keeping customers happy, they only care about getting more money out of you...the script did not work for Bank of America and several of my friends have tried also with no luck.

Have you seen the poll on the success on lowering the credit cards...more people have had NO success than people who have had positive success...and I wouldn't be surprised if it was all from Bank of America.

Hey how about a story on who has the highest rates on credit cards with our local banks...after the initial "super low rate" what bank keeps a low rate...

When I signed my daugther up for dance classes ,at Kellys Dance Academy, I thought I was getting a great teacher and getting more for the price of tuition. Two classes each 30 min long for $45 a month. sounds good right, Wrong. Since we have been thear there has been nothing but business changes and the run around. At first the studio was not ready so the teacher had us in the VFW. When classes were canceled she would credit part of the monthly tuition, which they want on the 10th of every month. When they moved into the new studio attitude has changed and classes do not start on time. So now we are paying $45 for a hour long class and getting maybe 45 min . In december they had asked for half the costume money to be paid, which is about $80, and we had not seen the costumes our children would be wearing. We had Christmas Break and News Years Break, nothing was credited to the account, being that they were both on Tuesdays and that is when my daughters class is. So I asked why and they said they were just trying ot be nice before because of the inconvienece of the VFW. They also started tacking on $10 late charges per day that you were late on your payment. As far as tutition being on time, the 10th has been falling on a Sunday or Monday, so I pay for it that Tuesday when we are there. Why would I make a special trip over there? The owner informed me that I need to mail it to her if it would not be there on time! January came and on the 14th I recieved a email stating the rest of the costume money was due on the 12th, and I had late charges of $10 each day it was late. Well I never received notice that it was due on the 12th! So I called to owner and she informed me that she sent a email to every one and there was a notice on the side of the hallway! I told her I never received a email nor had I seen the posting. I the asked for my costume money back and that I did not want my daughter in her class any longer. She refused and said that the costumes had already been ordered, but also informed me that other parents had not yet paid for the costumes! So how did she order them then?? So I pay the rest of the money and figure I might as well finish out till the residale in June. Come to find out it is now March and we still have no cotumes, only picture of a Go Go outfit and boots for the 6 year olds, and nothing reserved for the residale!!! So now I have taken action, since the owner will not grant my wishes and give me back my costume money, I have contacted that BBB and Chanel 10 I have also written the editor of the St pete times, and have sent a certified letter requesting a copy of the name and date of the company she oreded these so called costumes!
I do not want all my money back, being that I have paid tuition and that is for the actual class. I want the costume money of $165 back and be done with all of this. As far as Business skills this owner does not seem to have any. And as far as client relation her and her receptionist lack in. I didnt really have a problem with the lady at the front desk, although other mother refuse to give there payment to her. Well I found out why. Her people skills and client relation, she has none! Please look into whatever carricular activites you put your childeren into. They might not be all it is cracked up to be.

Northwest Tampa Church of God is hosting another Women of Worship Service. Come hear the testimonies of post-abortive women who have stepped out in faith by surrendering their secret to help women understand the shame and guilt associated with abortion, and how total healing and forgiveness are God’s will.

Abortion is seemingly one of the few topics in the church that is still kept under the altar, with few women ever coming forth to share their pain and receive healing through their spiritual beliefs. Northwest Tampa Church of God is stepping forth to proclaim that victory is possible for women who have had an abortion.

Few realize the magnitude of abortion in our society today. There are nearly 1.2 million abortions in the United States per year, and an estimated 8,000 abortions in Hillsborough county. The number of women hurting by this is astounding.

Death By Politics ... The real consequence of political chaos in Florida

Sarah Murphy’s obituary was short and incomplete. While it mentioned her decades of pro music career as sax player in Florida and Europe, no mention of her long recent career as Real Estate agent. No mention her years of cheerful community and church volunteer contributions. Mentioned her farewell exit from a hospice. No mention she had been a *** cancer survivor. Had been.

Her cause of death not mentioned at all. For the thousands whose lives and hearts she touched, they know: Death by Politics. As a survivor, with no health insurance, regular (expensive) checkups, regular healthy (expensive) diet, oh, and regular income, were essential. Several fundraisers were held over the years for medical costs, always volunteer music festivals. John Wilson, Anchor at Fox 13 News Tampa Bay helped promote the last one earlier this year.

The impossible Property Insurance and Property Tax schemes exacted on Floridians have done more than put us at the top of foreclosures (with an escalation to begin by year’s end). Real Estate agents‘ and brokers’ incomes have been trampled, among other industries. Millions of Floridians had to dump savings, or 401k’s, or refinance or smack down their credit cards, none of which is repeatable, all of which is financially unsound.

And our political forces tell us we will be hit with the same or worse in the coming year.

Plenty of jobs that come with fries, which is why plenty of Floridians work many jobs. Many of us fill up regularly, food and gas (expensive). Lots of small to midcap businesses regularly downsize, down the benefits, sit on already squashed pay scales. Even those with health insurance will tell you that doesn’t mean they have health care.

The insurance and tax Goliath unleashed on top of these actual and true economic crushes are swiftly doing in residents and businesses alike. Last week Wall Street "whiz boys" just now getting a sniff of something foul.

And in Tallahassee, politicians just whistle past yet another grave ... during recess.

I must be confused. When I go to the property tax calculator, I am informed that this is only good for five years. After five years the property tax starts to go up considerably. If you print it out to the year 2023 it shows my property taxable value at $438685. I hope this is not correct, cause, if it is, then you will have a very large number of people leaving Florida after five years. Will someone enlighten me, please! At first it looks good but it quickly appears to be a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Yes the Rays are horrible. Madden needs to be replaced with someone that know how to coach baseball. It seems that they cannot get past the 9th inning without losing the game. The closing pitchers could not strike out the remaining batters.

I've only been here in Florida for 7 years. I come from California. It makes me sick to go to a ball game here and have half of the people in the stands rooting for the other team. If you live here you should root for the home team. If you want to root for the other team then go back to where they play their home games.

I think Al and Tom are the best in the business for accuracy and attitude. I wonder if the Bulls will sign one more big man for this season? I know Magnum Rolle is possible for next year.

Also I got an idea for weather. Have two of those guys with the ricolah horns blow them in unison. Then instead of the usual suspenders, have Phillips come out of a coocoo clock in liederhosen and one of those alpine hats with a long feather in it. He could then do the weather and then back to the two ricolah guys as he goes back into the coocoo clock. What do you think?

This really works, all I did was pickup the phone and call my credit card company and read the script and she told me to hold on and when she came back my interest rate drop 8 percent.

Washington Mutual would not lower my interest rate

I called Washington Mutual - used the script - and was denied. Even spoke to the Manager (after speaking with the Supervisor). My current interest rate is 13%. I have been an excellent customer for a number of years, never late, always paid way more than the minimum payment due, and every so often I pay off the balance in full. I also have an excellent credit rating with the credit bureaus. I owe a small amount on my credit card with a credit limit of over $15,000. I was told by the manager that I cannot request to have my interest lowered - that they send out offers to lower interest rate (which by the way I have never received - only increases to my line which I never asked for because of my excellent record). He could not give me an answer as to why I have never had my interest rate lowered. Instead he tells me that I have an offer for balance transfer. This has been offered to me by them since forever and I wouldn't do it because after the initial period rate of 1.99% the rate is tied to Prime plus 8.74% which would be higher than I have now! I told him I would be closing my account with Washington Mutual and going elsewhere. Thus, thanks for the report anyway, even though it didn't work to lower my interest rate with WaMu, I should have closed this account a long time ago!

Lowering Credit Card Interest Rate

I called Washington Mutual and talked to a representative about lowering my interest rate. He informed me that when the time comes, I will receive a letter in the mail that will let me know that my interest rate has been decreased. I asked him when will it take place and he said that he didn't know. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he briefly put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he told me that he talked to his manager and that my interest rate will be decreased from 17 % to 11% and that I will receive a letter of confirmation within 7 - 10 days. I used Jackie's script and it worked for me!
