    CNN/YouTube Democratic Debate 2008

This is the year of the online campaign. The candidates will be answering questions from across the country submitted by people at home with their cameras.  Will you be voting for one of these candidates? Who do you think is the most compelling? Repulsive? Do these debates matter to you?

Let us know what you think by sounding off, right here!

    Re: CNN/YouTube Democratic Debate 2008

Out of all the DEMOCRATIC Candidates, from what I have heard, read and seen, the ONLY choice is Mrs. Clinton.

Not only does Mrs. Clinton know issues and policies, she is intelligent, open to ideas and listens to the people.  It seems most people agree that we need to get out of Iraq and now, but there are other issues that concern Americans such as healthcare, jobs disappearing overseas, wages, homelessness and the environment.

As for Republican candidates, all I say is research all you can on each person if  voting for one of them.  As a former New Yorker, I can tell you that Rudy Guiliani is NOT the Golden Boy many of you may think.  Prior to 9/11, very few had anything nice to say about him.  However, he knew that when the World Trade Center was attacked he had better get in there and fast because New Yorkers would speak their mind.

BUT, whether you vote Democrat or Republican, the MOST important thing for you to do is get out there and VOTE.  Do not leave it up to your neighbors, co workers or other family members.  You too need to make the trip to your Polling Place.

From what I have seen and read, there seem to be candidates that truly care, some that care about a few things and of course some who just are willy-nilly.  The best advice I can offer is try to read up on each person as much as you can or if torn between candidates, then just research them and compare them that way.
