BOA also happens to be one of the largest predatory lenders&amp;nbsp;charging&amp;nbsp;around 1200% interest on unsolicited debit card loans. Unlike payday lenders and auto title lenders, banks seem to be unregulated when it comes to disclosure. I wonder why. Don't expect anything special from BOA.&lt;/FONT&gt;</description></item><item><title>Bank of America Won't Do It!</title><link>http://community.abcactionnews.com/forums/thread/1596801.aspx</link><pubDate>Sun, 06 May 2007 00:56:18 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">6f915275-4c2a-4921-9826-978bc6a75c21:1596801</guid><dc:creator>Drawme</dc:creator><slash:comments>0</slash:comments><comments>http://community.abcactionnews.com/forums/thread/1596801.aspx</comments><wfw:commentRss>http://community.abcactionnews.com/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=1489&amp;PostID=1596801</wfw:commentRss><description>There isn't a day that goes by when i wish i could get out of Bank of America...They always RAISE your interest rates and very rarely lower them...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am a good payer on my credit cards, always pay more than the min, never miss a payment, but because i have over 3/4 of my card spent, they consider you a HIGH RISK and raise your interest rate.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They DO NOT care about keeping customers happy, they only care about getting more money out of you...the script did not work for Bank of America and several of my friends have tried also with no luck.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Have you seen the poll on the success on lowering the credit cards...more people have had NO success than people who have had positive success...and I wouldn't be surprised if it was all from Bank of America.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hey how about a story on who has the highest rates on credit cards with our local banks...after the initial "super low rate" what bank keeps a low rate...&lt;br&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
