    The past president (7 yeras) of BOA happens to be Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink. BOA also happens to be one of the largest predatory lenders&nbsp;charging&nbsp;around 1200% interest on unsolicited debit card loans. Unlike payday lenders and auto title lenders, banks seem to be unregulated when it comes to disclosure. I wonder why. Don't
